Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary

Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary

Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, in the new Avatar, offers more words, maps and pictures than its former editions. Its encyclopedic range makes it a universal resource book rather than a dictionary simply giving the meanings of words. Illustrations in OALD make the denotations crystal clear, and show the patterns of usage. Multi-coloured presentation paves an easy access to entries spread over more than 1500 pages. The dictionary ,now contains, a  big spectrum from almost every part of human knowledge ; from culture to cyber culture, from home to liquid nationality, from English to ‘englishes’ and so on…just authentic and lovable!Dr R.P.Singh
